When will it arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders the same day we receive them, but this is not always possible. We expect your delivery to arrive between 2 - 5 working days. When we send your order, we'll confirm it has been dispatched via email. If you have chosen to collect your order from The Museum of East Asian Art, we will send you an email to let you know when it will be ready.
Click and Collect from the Museum will only be available Tuesdays - Saturday between 11am - 4pm. Conformation of collection time will be emailed directly (please give a 2 hour window to enable us to process).Outside of Museum trading hours please wait until you receive a conformation email for the collection time.
We pack all our orders with great care and deliver them to Royal Mail in the best condition. However, orders may sometimes get damaged in transit for which we bear no responsibility, but if you contact us, we'll try to resolve any issues.
As part of our commitment to the environment, we aim to reduce the amount of plastic we use. This means that, wherever possible, orders will be packaged in recycled cardboard boxes and reused bubble wrap or other recycled and eco-friendly packaging.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for returning the product to us in the same condition it was purchased. The return must be tracked and at your own expense. The Museum will not pay for returns unless the item is faulty.

In accordance with your legal rights laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may cancel an online order within 14 days of purchase. Refunds processed online can take up to 14 days to show in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as PPE, beauty products and earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item following the returns procedure above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
