A quirky take on the traditional Chinese board game of Mah-Jong, including some of the most recognisable animal and nature symbols in Chinese culture like the Panda, the South Chinese Tiger and the Bonsai tree.
Mah-Jong originated during the Qing dynasty (1644-1912) in China. Originally called 'Máquè', meaning sparrow. It's said that the clacking of tiles during shuffling resembles the chattering of sparrows, which are also one of the animals featured in this version of the board game!
